OVO Arena Wembley

Getting the same error messages as other user “session expired” and then logs out. Was working ok before the last couple of updates.

The app is totally useless. When I login it just shows “user session expired”. It does so even if I uninstall the app and reinstall. It therefore fails the basic test of being usable at all.

Have to sign in about a thousand times, tickets not showing, asks to verify email, ‘oops not working’ try again later

Do the developers not take note of the reviews on here. This is quite simply the worst App I have ever come across in my 17 years of iPhone ownership.

Annoying app. Periodically throws you out. And then won’t take your password. Only use it a few times a year and have to spend half an hour resetting. And when your ticket purchases don’t show and you email / call them because why app offers little help, the customer service experience is dire. Sadly unable to give a lower rating than 1/5. Would not recommend.

Ridiculous site, doesn't work, you have to jump through hoops but when it doesn't work you have no way of contacting you???? Can not see my tickets, keeps telling to log on again and my email/password could be incorrect , email is correct as you sent me the email!?! And the password link isn’t working Awesome Let’s do this more often… waste time on your website that’s amateur !

It’s one thing to have to download a separate app so the venue can collect your data and try and sell you stuff but at least make it work. Suspicious about the star rating of this app given most of the reviews say it’s garbage. Suspect they are surveying users and only getting those who say they like the app to rate it.

Why a venue thinks it needs its own ticketing system when others do perfectly well with eg Ticketmaster is beyond me. The very least they could do is make it usable and intuitive. Why do I need to log in to another thing when I’m in this one, and why doesn’t it tell me anything about the second thing I log in to? And why don’t my tickets show up? I remember having no end of bother making it work first time round and it’s no better this time. I’ve awarded one star because zero or negative aren’t options. Terrible app and shouldn’t even be required at all. If I didn’t have to go to Wembley Arena to see the band I want to see, I definitely wouldn’t be going at all because this app is so bad.

Just about impossible to access my tickets and can’t them on my phone. Appalling dreadful service. Will be contacting ombudsman

The app doesn’t show you the ticket you paid for right up until the event and when you try to sell it, it get deleted any ways.
