31-12-2024 Have not used App for several months as kept reporting it could not find account details. Logging in since via OVO website has no problems. Tried App once more today. STILL cannot find account details. OVO website again worked perfectly, allowing account to be updated easily. App 0*, website 5*. Will not trust App any further as now appears to be 'dead'. 4-10-2024 App used to say ‘grabbing your account details’ then ‘logging you in’ then opens summary page. Now it says ‘sorry, there has been a problem grabbing your account details’ and only offers Retry (does nothing) and Logout. Also refuses to download update. However, logging in via the OVO website works every time. Will be ditching App and using website only from now on.

Awful. Just so so bad! I am so angry with OVO and their pathetic useless rubbish app! At least 5 times this year the app has “timed out” while topping up but has still taken the money out of my bank! But not applied the credit. I then spend 30 mins on webchat with OVO and bank trying to resolve it. Their answer being “we haven’t taken the money it’s pending with your bank and will be returned after 7 days”. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Will definitely be moving supplier.

“Update doesn’t work and I can’t even start the app. It was good before.” However few days later I am very nicely surprised by the quick response of the Developer by resolving the issue!! It is very supportive to know someone listening on the other end. Thanks

I love that I can check weekly how we are using our electric, especially when it’s cold, I can see if I can use more or less heating

Asked to update but keeps going around in circles to App Store but no update available only the open button which then takes you back to the app which tells you you need to update. Useless!! Fault rectified in a very short time. Impressed.

My app was updated a week ago!! Today when I need to leave readings it’s directing me to update ..it’s already done & cannot now open app!!!B

Since updating the app, I no longer can log in as it’s requesting to update the app I’ve literally just updated. Stuck in a loop!

Since update app won’t open just keeps jumping back to update update
