The app doesn’t allow for a card to be entered. I see the screen flash up for half a second then it vanishes and goes straight back to add a card. Entirely pointless.
Traveled Netherlands for work and used the app. Being overcharged for transportation. The app was disrupted for more than 24 hours. Have a feeling of a scam app.
How can you expect people to use this if they’ve never travelled in this country before. I choose that I’ve not travelled before and it puts me in a perpetual loop. Waste of my time.
As a visitor, it is good idea that if I can add card before arrive Netherland However it is impossible to add card, as I not yet use debit card to travel. Then I can’t add the card
This app is completely pointless. Trying to add a payment card but instruction’s don’t work because if you say you haven’t yet travelled you go round and round in circles because when you press ‘no I haven’t travelled’ you go back to the page with ‘add a card’ and then to ‘have you travelled before’ and then back to ‘add a card’ and so on. This is not friendly for an international visitor.
I was hopping there I’d finally a Apple Pay like solution for mobile phones for travel in Netherlands. I tried to instal the app. Not sure what the target customer of this app is . When subscribing one page is English, the next one is Dutch. Strange. It also seems to be impossible if you are not already a Dutch debit card holder to sign up as a foreigner with a foreign debit card therefore the app is not suitable for travellers to Netherlands. Description of function should explain that.
I tried to add a credit card rather than a debit card as I am a foreigner and just visiting The Netherlands. However, the app just seems to sent me round in circles and I have been unable to add my credit card. If there is a way to do it, then it really isn’t clear. The design of the app is poor in my view.
