First, their camera was ok for the price but I had to get a replacement and refund. I bought 3 cameras. The outside camera wasn’t working but the other 2 was working good. They replaced it and still not working. I decided that I will just return and refund. Good thing a bought it at amazon and they were easy to talk to. Their cloud storage was expensive and won’t save all the data. I reached out to the customer service through this app but not helpful at all. If you don’t want to renew your subscription, never set it automatically. They will never refund your money

I received the Owltron Pet Camera device set up & August 6th I strangely started receiving emails to my junk mail that were threatening for money and listing my phone number saying they had accessed the webcam threatening for money. , would provide all phones contacts with compromising “images and videos” if bitcoin money (variations of 950, 1950, 950 USD) was not sent to the QR code / BTC Account listed The timeline adds up to EXACTLY when I set up the Owltron pet camera device and THIS APP to my phone / email / internet / Bluetooth. Send away to my contacts. I’m sure you got lots of images of me fully clothed leaving or coming into my home or ones of my dog jumping onto the couch. Good luck with that! Buyers Beware. Company software is corrupt.

Do not hesitate to order their cameras. However you will need to be familiar with IT tech and some patience to learn all that these cameras can do. I have 4 cameras installed in my mom’s retirement home and can monitor what goes on and if anybody is not treating right I have video-audio proof to support my position. I have started to help other families at the retirement home to set-up the cameras in their apartments. The support that I received for a minor issue was extraordinary. I called their office and a real person answered after 4 rings. Where do you get service like this in this day and age!

I paid for a product yet the app forces me to watch ads. Sad. Got a new router and had forgotten that you have to hover a barcode for 30 minutes up to the camera hoping it reads the barcode yet it never does. No QR code on the camera to scan. Would never buy an Owltron again just because the setup is close to impossible. Even the word “torch” is spelled “touch”, and even the word torch is not what English speakers call a Flashlight

Terrible app. Always freezes, says it’s unavailable or can’t connect. It just never works. Volume never works, false alerts. Just overall so bad. Don’t bother buying the cameras or using the app.

The app just has a cellphone view. Be nice if it filled up my iPad

I have two Owltron cameras and setting them up with the app was incredibly easy. It’s easy to use, allows local recording, and has a whole slew of cool options that make it easy to customize. I have also contacted their customer support with the “live chat” feature a few times, and they have been incredibly helpful each time.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon an Owltron camera when looking for a replacement for my Blink mini. Their camera was such a step up in features and functionality (including 24/7 local recording) I couldn't believe what deal I was getting, and honestly hadn't been expecting much. But I was surprised at how developed the app is and how much you can do with it. It even includes a "Live Chat" option that you can use anytime to be immediately connected to a customer service/support rep. I've used it and was again impressed with this company. So much so that I've decided to use all Owltron cameras, allowing me to just use this one fully functional, yet easy to use app, to view/control everything.

No problem connecting any other devices to Eero except Owltron. Also loses this later rendering it useless. Definitively not 24/7 support. Based in China and advice isn't great ie common sense stuff you've pbviously tried
