OXENFREE: Netflix Edition

The game is so interactive and storyline is impressive.This was so intriguing that I completed the game in a day. Waiting for part 3 eagerly

The Animation is so good. I was up all night playing this game.

Ok I really liked this game! It’s creepy but not that terrifying. Stellar voice acting that’s honestly the best part of this game. Graphics of the main characters are just so-so, but the coming-of-age story, choice based gameplay and music are amaaazing! Oxenfree derived from hide n seek catchphrase “olly olly oxenfree” which is American for “come out come out wherever you are”. I’m currently in the middle of part 2 and it’s just as enjoyable!

writing this review after sequel dropped. You don’t need to know much. If you’re into story based games, like Telltale’s Minecraft Story Mode. This is the one. Except for, Oxenfree Universe got HUGE lore, you’ll be opening the fandom wikipedia page and searching throughout characters their history and history of Camena in general. You’ll def enjoy this experience. Good luck!

Amazing amazing game but the music is waaay too loud and distracting. I would have just liked to hear the dialogue and I couldn’t find the options to disable background music.

I love the characters in the game and like how the story plays out with multiple endings and I’m eager to play again and get another one I hope the second part too comes to iOS and iPad and I would love the option to buy this game separately too.!!!

Would really like to play in Hindi language.

I’m really frustrated with this game because I had no idea that a Netflix account was required just to play. I cleared up space on my phone, deleting apps and my video’s that I can’t get back, all in preparation to try this game, only to find out that you can’t even start it without a Netflix account. I don’t have one, and now I feel like I wasted all that time and effort for nothing. The game itself looks amazing, and the graphics are top-notch, which is why it’s so disappointing that I can’t experience it. Because of this, I’m giving the game a one-star rating instead of the five stars it deserves based on its quality. I understand that developers need to make money, but forcing players to sign up for a Netflix account just to play feels like a major letdown. I just wanted to enjoy the game, but instead, I’m left upset and frustrated. Moral of the story: I’m very disappointed, and I can’t help but feel that this requirement was an unnecessary roadblock.
