The app is a handy tool to have a daily program of exercises, but the UI is outdated and inconsistent, and often enough when I finish one breathing exercise it doesn’t get saved (get the message, something went wrong)
I have been reading the oxygen advantage and learning about Patrick‘s work for awhile but couldn’t quite get into the habit consistently. This app is really helped improve my bolt score and keep track of what I’m supposed to be doing. Thank you
This App is the best app for improving breathing for athletes, I highly recommend swimmer, runners and other athletes to use this app. The explanation showed in the app are very good and the most important thing I like is the structure of the app is very simple, very easy to navigate. Make sure to try this app.
How great is this app? I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve been a long time reader of Patrick’s content and consumed all his YouTube videos. I have always loved how effective his teachings are, but was always slightly confused about how to put it all together. I’d be motivated to do the exercises but couldn’t seem to make them apart of my routine fully. This is, until he released this app. The interface works beautifully, the prompts are clear. His educational videos throughout it are engaging and simple. The point system he uses to get you to do your exercises is fun and rewarding. I’ve already shared this with 3 of my closest friends. PS the first time you tape your mouth while you sleep is amazing. Ever since that day I’ve taped it every night and going to bed has become this entertaining thing where I know I will have extremely vivid and entertaining dreams thanks to how deeply I sleep after practicing Patrick’s methods. Get the app and get obsessed with Patrick’s work. It’s life changing. A lot of people get psychological counselling for anxiety but never address their breathing. I think a vast majority of peoples anxiety is from over breathing and poor co2 tolerance. Do these techniques first and I guarantee you’ll be able to positively change your mental state whenever you want :)
