Good but could be better
Fairy good app, however a few frustrations with it. When blockouts are created on the desktop, you can’t see what the blockout is for in the app. It just shows as ‘other’. So if a colleague has added something to your diary, you have to get on the desktop to check what’s going on.
When taking photos, the shot shows you’re really close to whatever you’re photographing but saves as if you’re further away. Very frustrating when trying to take images of patients skin as you have to guess and go very close otherwise you don’t fully capture the skin issue. You can’t search all clients in the contact list for some reason either, so when trying to look up a client, often their file isn’t available on the app but can be found on the desktop. Have been using Pabau for a few years now and will consider a change if things don’t improve
Desktop 5stars, app.... not sure
The desktop application is useful and versatile. The marketing tool is helpful too.
The Pabau team is very responsive and offer the training all the time.
However, the app needs so much improvement and development. You would learn your way around it, not without annoyance though, considering the money you would pay on monthly basis.
Spend time setting up
As with any decent CRM you need to spend time setting up the system and making sure it is configured to the way you work. Off the shelf is usually simple and restrictive and if that suits you stick to iCal or similar because Pabau is comprehensive in its functions when set up and used correctly. Like ALL software is not without some bugs and again, like all apps, it is regularly updated to remove them through constant development. Having used this software for nearly 4 years. I can fully recommend it to competent users.

For the high cost and large number of problems with this system, I would not recommend you choose it. Lots of empty promises. I am looking to move as soon as I get another suitable provider.
