Terrible UX

Tiny fonts with a terrible contrast. Doesn’t probably meet any accessibility standards.

Not available for Apple silicon macs

Recently started using Pager Duty, and loving it’s convenience. I would like to request if the app can be made available for apple Silicon Valley macs as well (given that iOS apps can be installed on the new macs)? I’ve tried searching in the AppStore under iOS apps however, it’s not available.

Privacy problem

Asks for access to your contacts, but suggests it’s only capable of adding contacts, which is not how the permission works - PagerDuty will have access to all of your contacts. Intentionally misleading language.

Works ok but...

Everytime I need to use the app, I have to open it, close and remove from memory, open again so the menu appears. Otherwise, I just get a ‘yay no incidence’ screen. After I have done this, it works well.

Couldn't acknowledge incident

Constantly unable to acknowledge incident by acknowledging the notifications. Got message of "sorry, we couldn't acknowledge your incident. Please open PagerDuty app for more information" Please fix it.

Times out when acknowledging on apple watch

Good app but times out when ack on Apple watch after an hour gap between alerts. Error stating that your not logged in. Then when opening app on the phone the login page freezes and a restart of the app is required.

Works as describe ...

While this is working well , it lacks the function to change the alert tone. If your on call you need to be able to select something that will wake you up, not sound like a normal notification. Other than that its great. Will still use it to respond to Sms alerts..
