Opsgenie for iOS is free for all Opsgenie customers and requires a subscription to Opsgenie service. Your Opsgenie administrator will send an invite via email for you to create an account. Once your account is created, you can log in to Opsgenie service from the iOS app with your Opsgenie username and password.

Alert notifications not working, Links won’t open
The app sends no push notifications for any alerts now even with all notifications options set to on. The Datadog link in the alert doesn’t open when tapped on, you have to press and open to bring up the pop up then select open link to open. Please fix.
Dark mode added & now removed
Dark mode was added but several weeks ago it was then removed after an app update.. Developers indicated an issue with SSO login libraries being incompatible with dark mode.. when can we expect a fix for this??
Apple Watch app seems completely broken
It says I’m not on call when I am on call. Says there are 0 alerts when there are 10. Doesn’t notify me about alerts, etc.

Can we get custom vibrations? Regularly missing notifications because I don’t feel them.

Missed notifications
The application used to send notifications for alerts through as critical alerts. This would bypass the silence on my phone and allow me to get important notifications in a timely manner. Now, if my phone is silenced, they just go through as normal notifications and I don't even hear them. On top of that the app is buggy and the user interface is terrible.
Needs work
Since the latest update the push notifications to text are not functioning properly, needs fix.
Logging In is a Pain
Every time I need to log in again (i.e. forced logout for app update, new device), it’s frustrating to sign in on the app itself because it redirects the login to the mobile browser and then hangs on the app itself.
