Painalog

Was super excited for this app - but as soon as I signed up for the free trial the app crashed and continues to do so every time I try to open it. I tried reinstalling it and restarting my phone. Didn’t work.

I’ve paid the one month trial fee and I have not been able to access the app. Please assist!!! I’m in pain.

Seemed like a great tool for my massage practice (was recommended by a school’s website). Worked great till I subscribed, but now it won’t open. Please fix this. I’d love to try again with a version that works.

I think it started after the most recent update but lately it just crashes when I try to open it, and I submitted a feedback/report an issue on your website and haven’t heard back!! Putting my subscription on hold for now but I would love to be able to use it again :(

I opened the app, loved it. But now it crashes every time I try and open it. Did a restart on my phone. Tried deleting and redownloading. Checked battery usage. Still crashes. Wouls love to use it but can’t. Canceling my subscription seems the only fix.

I tried Painalog and found it was difficult to mark my pain area accurately and the triggers they came up with were inaccurate. I canceled the same day and am still being charged, despite being long before end of the 7 day trial.

Expected a 7 day trial before being charged but could not revoke the charge even though less than 7 days

This app is an excellent tool for me as a massage therapist. Sometimes it’s quicker for me to show my clients this app to help with pain management over a long period of time. with given good tools and techniques for those that are not educated in self care techniques.

A well designed and conceptualized app. I found it extremely useful and have started using it to manage my arthritis pain in both my knees. Will provide updated feedback soon but thrilled with initial experience so far. Nice work and look forward to updates.
