Thank you so much for this app. I have been using the previous versions and this updated one is such a blessing. The ease of navigation,the details which has been put in by the developer makes it a gem. And the idea behind is also phenomenal,using the ancient wisdom of Holistic therapy and modern anatomical knowledge,to find ways to relieve pain and getting rid of dis-ease! Recommended whether you are a practitioner of any sorts,or for your own personal use and understanding your own body ! Kudos to the app!!

Was super excited for this app - but as soon as I signed up for the free trial the app crashed and continues to do so every time I try to open it. I tried reinstalling it and restarting my phone. Didn’t work.

I’ve paid the one month trial fee and I have not been able to access the app. Please assist!!! I’m in pain.

Seemed like a great tool for my massage practice (was recommended by a school’s website). Worked great till I subscribed, but now it won’t open. Please fix this. I’d love to try again with a version that works.

I think it started after the most recent update but lately it just crashes when I try to open it, and I submitted a feedback/report an issue on your website and haven’t heard back!! Putting my subscription on hold for now but I would love to be able to use it again :(

I opened the app, loved it. But now it crashes every time I try and open it. Did a restart on my phone. Tried deleting and redownloading. Checked battery usage. Still crashes. Wouls love to use it but can’t. Canceling my subscription seems the only fix.

I have never wrote a review for an app before this one but felt I wanted to help others that suffer from chronic pain know that this app can help you find quick & lasting relief. I suffer from fibromyalgia & scoliosis, I discovered trigger points a few years ago and have a few books in print and on my phone but this app makes the process of accessing your pain and finding the triggers points to treat the pain very simple and fast. If you suffer from chronic pain or from just occasional pain this app is a life saver! You will want to subscribe after your free trial.

I tried Painalog and found it was difficult to mark my pain area accurately and the triggers they came up with were inaccurate. I canceled the same day and am still being charged, despite being long before end of the 7 day trial.

Expected a 7 day trial before being charged but could not revoke the charge even though less than 7 days
