Can’t get it to go passed the loading screen.

confusing app, lots of links, lots of information and all mixed up

Not easy to navigate

Too many links. I would like utility works to use a separate app for the utilities so we can pay our bills easier. When we go to view our bill on this app it is stuck on that page and we can’t go back. So we are forced to close the app.
