Any number u have did airtime or data wll automatical appear wen u start typing it but after updating the app,the function is now inactive

Goodday sir/ma This new update is not working on my iPhone 6 Plus since I updated the app . What can I do ?

My bank isn’t opening ever since I updated it

The app is good but I just updated the app today, ever since then it refuse to open in my phone again🤦‍♂️

For a couple of days now I can’t seem to view my transactions n that’s not good for business at all. Secondly, d split minute it takes for ur customer service chat to be transferred to another person is hell too small. Imagine having a conversation with ur agent n the next thing u r transferred to another agent n u have to repeat everything u told the first person over again 😩

Dear Palmpay, please improve your app on iOS, your app only works well on android phones. Everything about the business app is a very big disaster, i can’t account for certain failed Transactions, during when cash is reversed I don’t get to see it except I check account statement, this is unprofessional. This act is affecting my business and I am not too sure i will continue with this pattern. Fix your business app on iOS, so that it will work well like it way is working on android phones. I’ll be glad is this is done but if not I’ll begin to have doubts in certain transaction and abandon using Palmpay. Thank You

Nice but please work on the transactions history

My account is being disabled and I can’t rectify it nor reach the customer care service since last year

I The app doesn’t work well on ios, i have tried open transaction details on it but it shows null on it. I don’t see my transactions history and it’s annoying
