Your customer care agents are careless and useless. Over a month I made a complain , on all platforms, called several times, dropped messages on WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, but nothing has been done about it till this day, My business money still hanging there. MMO with no active customer 🤧

The app is rubbish when u can’t view ur history or iPhone. I always have to find and android users when m in an emergency to check my history. It very bad have report this issue many time but they keep telling they will rectify but all in vain
