Unable to use
Unable to use the app because the buttons to add a room or add a device are not responding to top.
Current room temperature not displayed
There is no provision of checking the room temperature. Kindly provide this feature asap.
Suddenly stopped working
It was working dine since 10 th june my account was automaticaly logged out and now i am unable to log in
Not able to create service requests from App
While raising service requests asking for Address and Expecting Country Name and I don’t see the field name to fill the details Switch on / off schedule should be a routine. It is asking to schedule it daily Hourly temperature change in custom profile should have option to select fixed time like hours

Worst app one could use
My AC disconnects from the app often. App logs out periodically. Connecting AC in app is a pain.
Problem solved
After multiple visit of people my problem of the Panasonic AC connecting error with wifi was solved by Mr. Ratnesh . I appreciate his swift response. As a customer, we need persons like Mr. Ratnesh.
