Whenever I try to sign up it always says and I quote “This email is already registered! Please provide another email id.” So I “provided” another email id and I was met with the same message. Since it said “This email is already registered” I thought I’d give it a shot and try to login to which the app said “invalid email id.” How was this not discovered during app testing prior to launch, it’s so frustrating as it’s a cycle that leads you absolutely nowhere. I hope it gets fixed with a new update.

Possibly the worst app ever made in human history. Sometimes it doesn’t work for days. Most of the time for every change in AC throws an error so i have to reopen it for every goddam change. AC profiles changes magically. The one who made that stupid slider for AC is an idiot.

Password reset option is not working from 2-3 weeks now. In that case can’t login to the app.

Did even the latest update. Wonder why the developer is not fixing automation with Alexa like Mezee,Aqara, etc

The app automatically logs out every 3 days or so. It is very annoying and makes the app unusable.

Hey, I forgot the password and I can’t sign up as my number is registered and also I cannot change password as it says Some Error Occurred. Please fix this ASAP.

The application cannot be controlled by siri. In example I cannot ask Siri to turn on an AC. At least an apple shortcut availability would be great!

Good app connects well with ac but has frequent crashes when using the app and its features.

Very good app and easy to use

Unable to use the app because the buttons to add a room or add a device are not responding to top.
