I am trying to create a new user account and it’s saying that an account already exists with that email however I didn’t put my email in. There is no button to push for forgotten sign in information. Very frustrating.

As a family member of someone behind bars who has been praying for a way to make this kind of app…I am so thankful for your app!!

My incarcerated son and I neither one can log on to this app. It accepted all our information but when attempting to log in it says our email and passwords do not match though we verified both before entering. I’ve also called the # in NV and had to leave a voicemail. I’m praying they return my call as my son relied heaving this app for the word of God as he does not have access to anything else at this time….nit even a Bible. Please help us Pando!!

Overall, great app! Here are some suggestions to help make better in prison systems: 1.) Enable Captions (if unable to listen allowed in noisy room, or during quiet hours, ability to read and follow along with sermons would be invaluable) 2.) Enable Bible to read out loud. Currently can only read Bible, would be great to put the iPad down and listen like the sermons. 3.) Elevation sermons are mixed Spanish/English on the channel. Hard to see only English or only Spanish. Would be great if the feed could be clean so you see only English, or only Spanish, based on what you want to watch. 4.) Add Spanish Bible (NIV & KJV)

No way to get help if you forget your password or username. No way to get another account because it remembers the email of your phone. Unable to use this app. I would like to have a way to get some help.

I love Pando but it has been freezing while I am watching. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times but that doesn’t fix the issue. I will be a few minutes into a program and the app just freezes. Thank you for creating this app.

There’s so many things to love about this app! The content is next level, the ability to journal while you’re watching is so convenient & I truly love having the ability to not only request prayer but meet inmates specific prayer requests- never seen anything like it before!

What a great way to start my day- with the word of God. I need it. We all need to hear God’s loving truth in such an unstable, anxiety-ridden world we live in. It fills my heart and mind with what I need to tackle my day. Praise God for this awesome and diverse app. I love it!
