Good luck buying NBA Hobby boxes online and through the app. This company will do absolutely nothing to prevent bots and scalpers buying hobby boxes and then resell them for much higher price. Not surprised they are losing NBA license next year.

They continuously add new features that require updates and it gets slower every time.

Constantly changes from their direct store to their stupid NFT store. Even when I select their direct store it will change back to the NFT store immediately. Simple things are difficult to find. Such as redemption and redemption status, etc..
This is a horrible app. Ordered and it said give us 10 days to process. It’s been over 10 and no update. Sent an email and no reply. Don’t waste your money here.
Panini gives you “point rewards” if you buy some of their products. But it is ridiculously hard to add or spend the points on the App. Why bother with the app and selling stuff with points if it is so hard to spend the points.?
