Old school cards are way better in my opinion like fleer ultra to name one. panini cards are all the same photo with different colour grades. Some really nice looking cards from them but come on man!! Don’t make every card have the same picture.. it’s stupid for a so called high end card manufacturer. Panini also aren’t customer focused and don’t care if bots clean up all their stock coz they will get guaranteed money anyway in a click of a finger. Plenty more negatives to mention but I may need a few more pages to fill out. Flat out bots everywhere and destroying the market !! Want to change your bad reputation to an outstanding one Panini? You have some really great potential so maybe put some more effort in to fix some issues and not make cards so lame

This app is horribly supported. Blocks real people yet allows bots to purchase all released packs within 4 mins. Their support team is non existent. It glitches on a very regular basis, and there is no way to contact anyone other than a phone number in Texas (which makes it really hard when you’re other side of the globe). Considering they have sold over $5 million in packs these last 3 weeks alone, you would think they would invest in a team who responds to support requests. Horrible horrible place to spend your money

I paid good money to win a Trevor Lawrence auto passing the torch /25. The redeeming period is a joke for a industry that literally relies on players to gain value the years and the fans to prop the company up by purchasing. The redeem date is 3/09/2024 which isn’t that far off for someone to make exceptions. It’s a $200-$400 card for an up and coming player. The automated support said I would receive half the value in points and never received them. Just give me my card or speak to me about something of similar value.

The app literally freezes before you can even log in

I literally feel sick inside and completely taken advantage of. Spent thousands of dollars on NBA cards mainly because of Wembanyama, opened 6 large “Counter Display” boxes , almost 150 total packs… got the required amount of Green and Regular Refractor Inserts, about 90 total. NOT ONE WAS ANYTHING BUT GARBAGE. Literally got multiples of every single rookie who have no hype or hope of making it. Did not get ONE: George, Thompsons, Likely, Wemby, Coulibaly, Miller, Jaquez, or even middle tier rookies. Not one. Yet 90 junk refractors. That’s more than just a fluke. It’s not complaining about not getting one player, that is a clear systematic robbery of the buyer across the board. They pick the Counter Display Boxes to the bone, and sell you absolute junk. About 20 cheap insert of the big names only. It’s very obvious what is happening here. I will never buy from them again.

Honestly just got into the hobby recently. Would not recommend panini direct. The points redemption system is awful and makes you pay $10-$100 shipping on cards worth maybe $0.1. Better to just try to find cheap resale items on eBay from people leaving the hobby. Almost all cards (even the super short print) can be found for sub $10 on eBay if you’re patient.

I like that they’re put in a protective case but I never receive and email or shipping info when my card was on the way I found it on my doorstep randomly. A heads up for a product that means a lot to me would be appreciated

Why don’t you ever update cards? How about giving points away alone instead of replacing an auto? Don’t get me started on the centering, scratches, and flaws on 80% of your cards…

As a card collector and seller I’ve been dealing with panini for years. I’m no longer using any panini product and hope the worse for them. Spent hundreds-thousands or dollars for barely anything. Spent $60 shipped for a panini instant card /5 just for it to have the corner CREASED when I got it. Screw this company, screw you personally if you’re partnered with them. Fanatics and topps on top
