You can place the booking directly on our map, if travelling in a group or want an executive vehicle? Then select your preferred vehicle type and see how many available cars there are and the estimated time of arrival.

Securely enter your credit or debit card details and store them for future journeys. You will receive an email receipt for future reference.
Or if you are a current account holder with Panther Taxis you can place your booking on your account avoiding having to pay by cash or obtaining a receipt.
Furthermore, the Panther Taxis driven by Riide App can be used in multiple locations throughout the UK, including London, Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and many more allowing you to use one App for your taxi journeys nationwide, with the added benefit of using your existing store card details or account.

Drivers not able to reply to text messages

I find it very odd that drivers do not have the capability to text passengers back. Yes, they can call, but often when they’ve arrive the pickup location replying to a text message from the passenger would be easiest. Please, include this feature in any future updates.

Works but very little telemetry/transparency… they charge just to have your card added and doesn’t give estimated arrival time of taxi. Also the price is a range.

Unacceptably late for a pre-booked taxi

I booked a taxi yesterday for 8:30AM, and 25 minutes after it should have arrived, they still haven’t even assigned a driver. What’s the point of pre-booking if they can’t manage to honor it?

Works great even with US Mobile number

Much better service than the other options here in Cambridge. Low wait times even at busy times, no surge pricing and setup worked great with my US phone.

Couldn't verify US mobile number, preventing registration

Their system never sent me any verification SMS after hours of waiting and multiple attempts. Support email had a couple tips but nothing helped. I gave up and will just call instead.

Can’t even register

I have a US number and am traveling in Cambridge. I can’t even set up the app because it won’t send the verification code via SMS to my phone. Useless
