Complicated renewing card. New Card shows only one photo not both that were uploaded.

Superb Rail offering

Hard to use

Dead links , incomplete instructions as to how to access digital card (who knew that you had to shut down app and reopen to make it show the + before entering the download code). ATOC coders need to try out their work before pretending it passes a user friendly test of any sort .. get a grip folks!

Dodgy Cookies/ No Apple Wallet Support

Disappointed that rail cards can’t be used in Apple Wallet Description of cookies is spare and dodgy.

What a ripoff. If you are from the USA, don’t waste your time and money on this rubbish.

Sets brightness to 0 when exiting app

When switching to another app, this app turns the brightness of your phone to 0. There doesn’t seem to be a way to turn this off. At the very least, the app should remember the old brightness level and restore it.
