This app hangs right at the start. Can’t proceed to use the app at all.
not very accurate color
when i put in a photo from my gallery, the colours are not very accurate.
Unstable
Paid for early subscription (already billed), but the app still doesn’t allow the full range of colour. Today when I tried the app is stuck at “hmm this is taking abit longer than expected” page. Using iPhone iPhone X software 13.3. Please check
"Access to your previous app"
Purchased the MyPantone app before the major upgrade. Here's what you should do: Under Settings (top-right) Click Restore Purchases / Click Reset App Onboarding / Quit the App / Launch the App / Read message from Pantone! And you'd have access!

I pay for my Pantone before, now pay again
I did paid for this app, but now after update I can only basic app. Please help me. Very unfair for me, now they ask me to have free try for the app I have already paid.
Issues with access to colour fans / tools
Abruptly blocked and forced to pay subscription to access colour fans /tools after paying for the App:( Pantone you should allow paid customers access to original tools
