Been using dropbox paper since last year. Great for collaboration but guests cannot be removed from the viewers list. Some of the issues I’ve experienced: - unable to remove people from viewers list - unable to increase text margin if image is on the left column - there should be an option where the document is available for viewing ONLY —where commenting and sharing is disabled. Suggestions: - text formatting like on Discord - additional color palettes for highlighting - file uploads can have the option (compressed or full file size) This app deserves 5 stars.
I know Dropbox pride themselves with a great design team. Dropbox Paper though is not a great example of a well designed app. It's so cluttered and poorly designed that it's difficult to use. I think it's a product of too much over thinking plus over simplifying plus trying to make it intuitive that eventually made it so not intuitive at all. Sad to see this great concept have a badly thought out design.
If you are you going to block users from using mobile web at least get the app to work. Copying a link to a doc in order to share doesn’t work. Useless.
Love it. Simple, focused. Handy for keeping notes, drafting papers, gathering grids of images as reference and mood boards. Had a bug for a while where no images would load, after some diligence with customer support and the team we got it resolved.
An unappreciated notes app. Superior to iOS notes and every other notes app out there.

Please add function dark theme. White theme make my eyes hurt
Note to developers: After editing a doc, and then switching to another app like Safari, when I return to Dropbox Paper I’m not able to position the cursor nor type into the doc except for a small area above the keyboard. I’m using an iPhone 11 with the latest update.
Beautiful app, but it simply isn’t functioning on iPad. Very hard to summon the typing cursor despite repeated clicks, and the timeline feature is completely unresponsive. I’ll use the app in Safari until iPad app comes up to speed, hopefully soon!
