Keeps crashing and takes days to work

This last update seems to log you out of all your school's when switching school. Previously it remembered this stuff. Please fix.

App seems to work fine and is easy to use however when adding other people to the app there is no option for step-parents but have every other option you could think of. It gets a bit tiring when step-parents are overlooked especially when they’ve stepped up to be a primary care giver where others have bailed. Might be something to think about adding it on as an option rather than having to select “other”

This app is good for keeping in touch with the school. Our fridge used to be covered in letters and school newsletters. We would still forget things. I love the school calendar import to icalendar. I would love to be able to delete messages when they are read or not needed but they keep on coming back. 🤬. If you struggle to get signed up then I would see the school because often you find your details don’t match. Printing newsletters or info is improved but not perfect. Just PDF it and allow me to iPrint directly. Couldn’t go back to paper letters. Thanks Parent Apps.

Until the latest update the app was pretty good but now it crashes a few seconds after opening so is unusable on my phone. Customer support was very helpful though and explained this is an issue of Apple not supporting models older than 6S. It works well on a newer iPad.

Prior to updating it today it was a great app. Unfortunately since updating it it now opens for about three seconds and then disappears so it’s currently unusable. Hopefully someone fixes it or I’ll be missing school updates for the foreseeable I did contact the support email address at parentapp to be told that as I’ve got an iPhone 6s the app will no longer work on it and that it’s apples fault.

It doesn’t even work after the update it’s a load of rubbish

Since the update the app opens for 2 seconds then just closes by itself. I have no hope of seeing any messages. Terrible app

Since the update I can’t access my messages sent to me in the app it just shuts down whenever I try

Can’t login and no schools are showing up and it won’t let me reset a password or nothing
