Paris 2024 Tickets

The tickets are visible but the menu items give the message acces denied f.e. How to use the app item

I have purchased the hospitality package with tickets on location and clubhouse 24 access, however, so far no ticket shown in the app, the hotline is not reachable, the contact form has no reply, the game is in less than 3 weeks, need help urgently!

Just use the credentials u used before and the tickets show up without any problems.. Didn’t encounter any problems!

Same issue as other users. No tickets showing in app, actually says there are no purchases. I have receipt of payment for the hospitality package and order numbers but no tickets yet. Wondering if my purchase was a hoax. Anyone know the solution??

The app does not show my tickets. I trippel checked my email that I used to buy. I even logged back in on the website to find my confirmed order. But in the app I don’t see any tickets… please fix this.

After purchasing my tickets on the Paris 2024 official website, I was sent an email asking me to download this app to access my tickets. But the app doesn’t let you login if your browser’s privacy settings block third party cookies. Since it’s the only app available to access my tickets, I was expecting a bit more flexibility from the Olympic committee with regards to online privacy; it’s 2024 not everyone wants to be tracked and fed personalized ads online!

They removed my ticket from my account when I made a renaming mistake. There is nobody to speak with. These are expensive tickets and it costs a lot to attend this event. Hey get some customer service because the app is atrocious.

When you transfer a ticket that person needs to make an account. Do you realise that it takes ages to go back to a certain date of birth? Try it yourself!! Put in a pull-down menu so you van insert your date of birth easier. Tx for the rest the app works very well
