I shouldv’e read the reviews… I was not given a code for my parking, so I had to pay for my ticket again. I can’t submit a request for a refund, because the app won’t let me click on a subject to submit the claim…

I bought my reservation for $11 and when I was ready to leave the garage I parked in, I pulled out my app and it asked me to log back in so that I can access my parking QR code. I tried logging back in so many times and it only gave my the “too many requests” message, I emailed and waited for a reply but nothing, I called the phone number for park chirp and only an answering machine answered to leave a message and I would get a call back, so I did and nothing. I was at the parking gate exit for more than 30 minutes to exit and was not able to access my account still or hear from Park Chirp. The only way to exit the garage was to pay more than what I had already paid. The garage personnel did not want to let me out without charging me and charged me $18 to exit. This is the worst experience I have ever had with park chirp, not only did I pay $11 for my reservation, I had to pay an extra $18 to get out with such a hassle to leave the garage. I am truly upset with this experience with the app, website and Park Chirp. What was going to cost me a deal, ended being more expensive than I hsd planned for. It’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear back from park chirp, so disappointed.

I use this app to reserve parking for work and this app stinks. The interface is awful and it constantly logs me out of my account. There are much better parking apps to use in chicago.

This is the worst parking app I have used. The instructions make no sense. It’s pretty much impossible to change a booking, so triple check all the details to make sure they are correct. I would be fine paying double if I could book the same parking spot with the correct details, but even that doesn’t work.

Please fix this! I have to screen shot the barcode every time. It also logs me out and refreshes all the information all the time. I have I keep in inputting the payment information.

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I booked a spot for a professional event I was attending with a friend of mine in DC on a Friday night and I wanted assurance that parking would be available, so I booked a spot in advance at a garage near the venue for like $10 or something like that. I arrive at the garage entrance during the time frame I booked, and the entrance is closed so I couldn’t get in! Had to go to another garage where I also had to pay to park. Will never be using this service ever again.

Park chirp charged me 10 dollars to park at Memorial Hermann Parking Plaza and issued me a barcode to enter the garage AFTER my 7 pm reservation. Upon arrival there is nothing there to accept the barcode. I contacted management in the garage and they said they don't accept Park Chip. They instructed me to pull a ticket, pay AGAIN to park. Because ParkChirp doesn't let you enter until AFTER your reservation begins the refund button magically disappears once you enter the garage. This is a SCAM. They don't answer customer service help requests. I've emailed them FOUR times for my refund. I'll report them to all authorities, BBB, and call my credit card company.
