Please fix this! I have to screen shot the barcode every time. It also logs me out and refreshes all the information all the time. I have I keep in inputting the payment information.

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I booked a spot for a professional event I was attending with a friend of mine in DC on a Friday night and I wanted assurance that parking would be available, so I booked a spot in advance at a garage near the venue for like $10 or something like that. I arrive at the garage entrance during the time frame I booked, and the entrance is closed so I couldn’t get in! Had to go to another garage where I also had to pay to park. Will never be using this service ever again.

Park chirp charged me 10 dollars to park at Memorial Hermann Parking Plaza and issued me a barcode to enter the garage AFTER my 7 pm reservation. Upon arrival there is nothing there to accept the barcode. I contacted management in the garage and they said they don't accept Park Chip. They instructed me to pull a ticket, pay AGAIN to park. Because ParkChirp doesn't let you enter until AFTER your reservation begins the refund button magically disappears once you enter the garage. This is a SCAM. They don't answer customer service help requests. I've emailed them FOUR times for my refund. I'll report them to all authorities, BBB, and call my credit card company.

For a company whose main product is an app this is just not functional. All their developers should go home and cry every night for how bad they are at their jobs. Amazing they win parking garage contracts for this disgusting product.

The app randomly logs User out. The app malfunctions randomly then once access is regained the accoutholder needs to reenter user information/Account Profile. Developers need to fix these issues sooner than later.

They are INFLEXIBLE with exit options I was forced to pay additional cash because I was waiting for people in front of me to exit. I have deleted the app will NEVER use again !

App constantly breaking. Prices increase out of no where. At this rate, I’d rather pay the garage directly.

I paid for the parking in advance and when I got to the garage it couldn’t scan the code on the app so I ended up paying for the parking again upon exiting out. Tried emailing them to get a refund but no response. Horrible service and app.

I reserved a space for $20, despite all day parking being $14 before 9AM. It made me set an end time despite my already paying more than a regular all day pass already. I set it for half an hour after I got off work, but I ended up getting off work about 45 minutes late. I was unable to exit the garage until I paid another $24! So I ended up paying $44 for parking that was supposed to cost $14 because I arrived WELL before 9AM. I emailed the app about a refund - crickets. Going forward, I will take public transit or park in the lot across the street.
