Parking Kitty

My husband and I both tried to use the app with our UK mobiles and the system doesn’t recognise our numbers as valid even with the correct country code. Please fix the system to recognise UK mobile numbers, tourists are going to have a nightmare of a time and miss out on seeing the big park and arboretum.

The app looks like it was created by a middle school coder who loves the color pink but it’s straightforward, not glitchy, and just does what it’s supposed to do. Turns out things don’t need to be fancy to work well. Well done ParkingKitty.

I went to pay and discovered it was a parking holiday and free of charge. I would’ve fed money into a machine otherwise. Super quick and handy. A+

You should be refunded for unused time.
