Superb app :-))

Great information

So much information on the power of the breath and it’s healing benefits and the meditative music combined with the breath really calms me I use this app to centre and calm me before teaching yoga and sometimes I use it in my class to fully relax my students at the end of class which they all really enjoy (I have taken Tom’s teacher training course which is also fabulous
