No longer able to download videos for offline use

Used to be able to before their app update, now I can’t.

Is ok, but constantly crashes on my phone.

As the title says, it’s ok for watching the tutorial videos but does constantly crash on my iPhone 13.

Poor

Doesn’t have iPad version, only iPhone. Latest version doesn’t allow to download! So despite saying you can do courses anywhere and anytime…only if you have a WiFi connection. They said this was a ‘bug’….. No meaningful customer service. Bit rubbish really, very annoying, was marginally better before change to latest version. Green and black interface is unappealing.

Less than ideal improvements to the new branch

Whilst the improved UI is welcome on the version 3 branch, the ability to download has been removed completely. Really bad form. Please code it back in ASAP.

New version is USELESS

All my downloaded content got deleted. No response from support. Cannot download the content any more. Total garbage app.

No video downloads

Not being able to download videos anymore makes this app useless.

Why has downloading been removed?

Looks like you’ve gone backwards from a native iOS app to web view app…. I’m unable to download courses as I used to before… please rectify this

Was hoping to study offline while travelling. Just like others I can’t even get past the first hurdle and log in. Rubbish!
