Teachable online courses

The app is okay when you’re with good internet. It’s a bit sluggish and clunky, but you’re usually there for the content (though this definitely discourages me to use it as a platform as a provider). The offline mode doesn’t seem to work properly - even though I’ve downloaded the courses, it still frenetically searches for internet and displays errors when I’m in airplane mode. This defeats the purpose and fails on what would be a key feature.

Disappointing that video content is missing from the Teachable iOS app. Courses have a lot of video content. You can’t consume the courses via the app because of this limitation. I’m surprised this very basic and essential functionality is not in the app.

Used to be able to before their app update, now I can’t.

As the title says, it’s ok for watching the tutorial videos but does constantly crash on my iPhone 13.

As the other reviewer said, it crashes everytime i try and play a video on my M1 laptop.

Doesn’t have iPad version, only iPhone. Latest version doesn’t allow to download! So despite saying you can do courses anywhere and anytime…only if you have a WiFi connection. They said this was a ‘bug’….. No meaningful customer service. Bit rubbish really, very annoying, was marginally better before change to latest version. Green and black interface is unappealing.

Whilst the improved UI is welcome on the version 3 branch, the ability to download has been removed completely. Really bad form. Please code it back in ASAP.

App crashes every time I try to open a lesson on M1 Macbook. Downloaded to enable offline viewing of course material, but doesn't fulfil this purpose at all.

All my downloaded content got deleted. No response from support. Cannot download the content any more. Total garbage app.

Not being able to download videos anymore makes this app useless.
