Is Passport Parking free?
Yes, Passport Parking is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Passport Parking legit?
⚠️ The Passport Parking app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Can’t add iPhone saved credit card. Won’t accept AMEX but won’t tell you. Saves credit card number without validation. Can’t edit saved credit card. Can’t remove saved credit card. Can’t use saved postal code in credit card Field. session timed out before I could sort out this credit card nonsense. And, obviously, why can’t you use Apple Pay? is anyone in charge here?
Disappointed
Message either “invalid card”, which it was not or “network error. Try again” which I did repeatedly. Deleted app twice and rebooted. Same nonsense.

Would give less than 1 star. Went to use it and basic functionality of verifying with a 6 digit code via text or email does NOT work. Can’t even make it past first screen to use the app for parking. And No Support available. Worst parking app I have ever tried to use. Better off paying the ticket than the frustration of the weak user experience provided. Embarrassing this is even an app release.
Cannot prepay
Basic functionality is missing. If parking is currently at 11pm and I am parking overnight, but the lot is not free at 7pm, then I have to make sure I wake up and pay at 7am to avoid risking a ticket. If I know I am going to still be parked there at 7am then just let me pay in advance the night before!
Also if parking is currently free, then there does not appear to be a way to see when parking requires payment next. The app just says “Zone is not currently available”
Terrible
Worst parking app out there. Won’t accept Apple Pay or even saved cards, you have to input manually. Having done that, it doesn’t work anyway. Utter rubbish.

Payment has always failed no matter how many times I re-enter info, delete/reinstall app.

A nightmare to use especially payments
Impossible to delete payments of lost or expired cards. Adding new payments do not work either. Just awful and frustrating to use in a cashless society.
Hasn’t worked in 3 months
I haven’t been able to use this app since beginning of the summer. I regularly park in the downtown area of my city, and Passport is the only place where I can pay by app for parking. They keep telling me my payment is failing, and that my card information is wrong, even though I’ve re-entered it several times, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, and even deleted and re-created my account. I’ve called my bank and they don’t see an issue. I’ve called the city and they don’t see an issue. Now the Passport tech support won’t even return my call or send me text messages to re-create my account.
