Does not work for European visitors to the USA

Downloaded app to park in a car park in Providence, Cape Cod. Could get as far as entering cars details but as soon as you got to the “ZIP/Post Code” field for the card details the app errored. Tried the app on two different phones and with both UK credit and debit cards and they failed. Had to move to a different car park that had a pay machine that our cards worked in. Developers of the app need to sort this issue out for all bank cards to work.

Registration Broken!!

Can’t register. Nothing gets sent - SMS, email, or phone call. Makes the entire app utterly pointless.

Doesn’t work

Downloaded the app to pay for parking, filled in all details only to find out when trying to pay that you can only fill in US post code with credit card. Does not work at all with European cards, and no Apple Pay. So absolutely useless for tourists!

European credit card

Doesn’t work with European credit cards or Apple Pay! Had to ask a local to pay for my parking! What a joke!

Works well

I realise that it is just a parking app and should be fairly hard to mess up, however have used others that don’t even do this simple task well. All the functions I’ve used seem to work smoothly and intuitively without an excessive amount of selections. The notifications and countdown timer are a good idea to. Simple but useful. Just what an app like this needs. I’m from uk and could download and use this in the US.
