Data updates are not registering
In the recent versions of the App the data updates made are not registering and you might have to attempt few times which is frustrating especially if the details / passwords reverts back to the original content. Wrote to the support team and hv never received a reply back or a solution. After using this app for 10 years I may very well shift to something else seeing the lack of professionalism.
Easy and safe
I have been using this for many years now and I find it very easy to use. Best part is you can synchronise it with your desktop and other devices. I only hope it remains available - many password vault apps ibises earlier are not available on the store anymore.
Must have app for business and technical professional
Must have app. Great improvements in newer version of the application. I use the most trusted one to store most of my data Need some enhancements to the application: Autofill password needs to be integrated with webpages running ios12 and above. Major issues during sync over WiFi between iPhone and computer. This needs a fix immediately.

I have been using Datavault for the past 5 years now…. Very satisfied with the product. It meets all my requirements and overall am extremely happy. A fantastic design indeed…. Hats off to their support team who were prompt enough to resolve all my issues… Fantastic product….. Outstanding customer focus…
Needs lot improvement
The UI/UX needs to improve a lot. Very badly designed software. Synchronisation function does not work reliably, and sync using Dropbox never works, and linking the app to Dropbox account just goes in loop asking for Dropbox credentials repeatedly.
Nice utility for every one with multiple login and password
This is a nice app to store and retrieve the login and password for multiple sites , avoid account lock, etc. it can sync to your PC, tablet, mobile, etc. so don't worry carrying your data with you.

Used it on Blackberry, now on iPhone! Gratifyingly, iCloud sync worked like a breeze. Life is so much easier and tension free!
iCloud Sync problem and frequent instability
This App is very erratic, it suddenly quits and is not at all stable. In the midst of data entry, it unpredictably quits and you are forced to log in again and again. Sometime, data I have entered disappears completely. I regret having purchased this App. This App is customisable. It may have excellent encryption. I have purchased this ONLY BECAUSE it Syncs multiple devices through iCloud. But, it almost always creates Sync problem. Either it never Syncs as stated in developer page and when it does after many trial and errors, database on one of the devices gets lost or not all folders are in Sync. It is a huge headache on the whole. Developer should solve this problem at the earliest. I have never tried Sync through other method so no comment on that. But, if you are like me who wants ONLY iCloud Sync, then wait until problem is resolved.
