Good
Only just downloaded so will rate as I see it at the moment. Will update when I’ve used it more. This has a nice clear interface and easy to customise. It’s annoying when Apps don’t support older iPhones, and this one does, so hopefully you’ll continue. No point changing my phone as it works perfectly well. One issue at the moment - I’ve paid and downloaded to my phone and iPad, yet the App wants me to pay to download to my Mac. I’ve emailed the developer for help and haven’t heard back yet. Will give this top marks when all is sorted.

I have used this vault across PC & IOS devices for several years and have found it invaluable and bug free. I had a recent problem when transferring it to a new PC and received a solution from the support department within a couple of hours of emailing them!
Excellent
Just by remembering one password (for Ascendo) I can access all of my account Ids and passwords. I keep it up to date on my desktop, phone and iPad. Just remember to turn off your firewall when you synchronise your devices. Support is fine. Excellent product.
Easy to use
Works faultlessly for me - and easy to use. Five stars!
Good Product with Issues
I have used this product for years and find it extremely good, however just recently I have found issues with the product, synchronising between devices is now deleting passwords which is disastrous for a product like this and something that is of great concern. Also updating a password does is not always saved. What’s going on with the product now on iOS 14.x?
Editing will not be saved
Update 14/02/2021 Using it on iPhone 8 and iPad mini 2019, the issue of editing will not be saved 50% of the time is still there. Do you realise that such problem cause to go trough forgot my password and wasting a lot of time to get a new one? Fix it please and get your stars back. Not too complicated and easy to use. High level of encryption. Been using it for over five years and I admit it’s one of my best and most buy, app Thank you developers.
The one app you can’t live without
Between work, travel and home I have so many logins/passwords that this is THE only way to keep track. It is so simple with nice clear interface.
New user
Have only recently started using this - had previously used a fab app that sadly no longer updates so too time to research and decide to try this one. So far I am not disappointed - does as it says on the box. Gave 4 * as I am a new user and not yet a master user, so leaving room for scope The only thing I find irritating is the folder/ organisational aspect - not that user friendly
It works beautifully across multiple platforms
Been using this for many years so thought I should finally review it! Syncing through iCloud works flawlessly, it’s incredibly good value and there are iOS and desktop versions available. I now couldn’t live without it. Update 2 years later - still the best and best value in my opinion!
