Timesheets and shift schedules
I’m new to this company and so far I’m not too impressed. I’ve been unable to access my shift schedule, upload my timesheet or see my payroll information. I still haven’t received any payment for work that I’ve done. The mobile app is showing the timer to upload but never does. I’ve tried on my tablet but to no avail. I don’t have any other devices so I’m stuck with no option to access my account. Looking at the feedback, it appears that this issue has already been reported but not resolved. Unsatisfactory response and should be addressed, rectified ASAP. We are working hard and often unsociable hours, and cannot call the office due to the fact Monday to Friday 9-5 is when we are working - either night shift or 12 hour shifts.
