Brand new peak pro just got bricked after updating it right after I unboxed it

I use this with my puffco because I have no choice but just be prepared to be frustrated. It’s the worst app I’ve ever used, you’ll see lol

2024 and still can’t make an app that functions right reset my puffco and phone multiple times and still doesn't work smh

How can you not produce an app yet? My puffco used to be my favorite company for electric rigs, but to be honest , the last one I bought the glass was defective and they wanted me to take videos.??? They never replaced it. Fast forward to a month ago (less than a year, it would not even work anymore) so I just purchased another one about a month ago. This is the same one, the glass was correct this time, but it’s already started throwing codes and won’t hold a charge….. And as off two days ago, it won’t even connect or pair…. I did everything the same exact way I used to and it was already in there and named and modified so this is upsetting 100%. I used to love puffco’s products but now I am searching for a better company. Do better puffco. This was my 10th rig.

It’s a nightmare to install it on an iPhone… just an absolute POS…I wish I could give it a zero star rating…

The amount of things one needs to bypass to get into the first dab is absurd. Ready to switch to another device. Everyone should too.

Yeah , everything for my puffco works PERFECTLY but the app just doesn’t 🙁….wish they would have at least have 1 person able to actively update the app for bug fixes.

I immensely enjoy my puffco, the app I hate. Constantly crashing, failing to connect multiple times. Seems like if you spent the same effort on your app that you did on puffco it would be amazing.

Hello I’ve barely had my puffco peak pro 24 hours and it’s throwing a code for a disconnected chamber . Now won’t even connect at all So much money and I can even dab now😭
