The app overall is good, but for non-Dutch speakers it’s very hard to use due to lack of English localization, which really should be a basic requirement in a country with so many international people. Apart from basic English localization, which alone would be already a huge jump in user experience, the app should improve a lot the discoverability of movies based on spoken language. Most of the times there are always both the Dutch and the English version of a movie, but due to lack of consistency it can be hard to tell if the movie your are going to book is the correct one, since sometimes you will find “OV” to flag that is in the original language, other times instead you will find the language as part of the movie details. It’s a confusing experience and I always check many times to be sure that I’m not making the wrong reservation. Wouldn’t be just easier to create a filter based on the language, so someone can simplify select “English” and he will only see movies in the correct language? Even better, the preferred language should become part of the profile settings, linking this preference to the above filter to have a full English experience from the app UI to the movie selection.
