The previous version allowed me to have a digital pass, with a QR code that I used to collect tickets and show the security staff. Now it is gone and I have to find back and use the plastic pass..... that’s an hell of a downgrade!
The old version was much better. I could search for a film and then find when it was on. That doesn't work in the same way. I finally worked out that you need to click on the 'verander bioscoop' button and select one. That is far from obvious, especially after using the old method for so long. The symbol for tijden en tickets looks the same but just doesn't do anything. Originally I didn't think I wanted to 'change bioscoop'. It was previously always set up for the ones that I wanted. Summary - slightly better than I thought for the first couple of weeks but not very easy to use. Maybe it's more straight forward if you speak fluent Dutch.
The app gives an error whenever I try to login with Facebook, so it's unusable for any of the features I need. I can login on their mobile site and desktop site with it so not sure what the problem is.
App is so frustrating to use, old version was fine
