Glitchy, I didn’t need an explanation I just wanted to pay the $20.00 copay. I tried 4 times, and it failed every time. I can’t imagine being sick or elderly trying to line this up and get it into some “sweet spot” where it decides to cooperate. 20 kind of my life I am not getting back. I am deleting this app immediately
Such a basic and frustrating app. I’d rather order checks and go to the post office to mail a payment then use this app.
Can’t do the first step which is scanning the QR code and the bill. Uninstalled within 5 mins of installing it to view the details of the bill because it didn’t help at all.
Took me five minutes to get it to line up just right. When it finally started working never told me anything useful about my bill. I had questions about specific charges, which this app will not do. Only generic answers to what things are on a bill.
This app is a complete waste of time. They should scan the entire bill from the very beginning. Instead they make you stand perfectly still well this little emoji tries to explain the different sections of the bill. I could not still stand still enough, and the emoji kept starting over and over and over and over and over and over, very very frustrating!! they say on the website that this app can also provide you access to a team of professionals who can help you. I have no idea where that was all I found was this emoji that just kept repeating in a because I could not stand still enough. I would've liked to of contacted a team of professionals, where are they?? I was looking for information on a specific bill and find out what status it was in. Don't waste your time on this one!
This can’t ever find my QR code! Not user friendly! Deleted the app!
The AR bill explanation is fine, but it’s pretty excessive. And the fact that is has to run in the background the whole time you’re trying to pay your bill means that it uses your phones processor unnecessarily - overheating the phone.
You guys send all the back log information to the notification alert. Check it now. I got several alert about ' backgroundTimeRemaining' something like that
The scanning feature you need In order to login is super quirky and difficult to use. Once in there is an option to load a statement, but it never works.
