Great product
I got this product for less than one dollar at Walmart. It works super well and I’m very surprised by how well it works. I’ve tried other dog trackers and they have not worked as well as this one 100% recommend get it!

Don’t recommend getting this I signed up and paid for yearly subscription set it all up put the tag on my dog only to find out it doesn’t track your dog it tracks you 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Tag detection is weak. App is weak not responsive
Pawscout is terrible. They take your money and offer no tracking capabilities. They offer no refunds after misguiding you that this will track your lost pet. Good bye fluffy wish I had read the fine print….
This tag has helped keep up with both of my pups and I’ve been using it almost 6 months now. I couldn’t recommend it enough! Very simple and easy to use. Support techs have always been so sweet and efficient when I had any questions or problems! Definitely continue to use their products 🩷
It does not work. That’s the short version. The gps on it is wildly inaccurate. It’s not even close. My cat who could be right next to me is “not in range”. However when he is in our garage and I am an acre away he is right next to me according to the app. I understand that gps can never be truly accurate but this is just overtly awful. If a pawscout was a dollar id say, “ go for it” however it was not even worth the 22 dollars that was paid for mine. I’d recommended springing for something slightly more expensive like an AirTag if you are looking for something to actually keep your pet safe. I know this review is for the app but I want to try the word out there anyways.
I’m reading reviews and noticing people are talking about being “alerted” (i’ve never been alerted, even though I let him outside” outside the Bluetooth range and batteries inside the device.. I have no clue there are batteries in that quarter sized collar clip on. I’m glad I perused the reviews, bought it new in the box I thought I read the directions and shizit. I think it may vaguely tell me where Rocky (my cat) might be? The device (as I know of it right now) really it’s just hopeful thinking - a pseudo sense of relief if you will, and if this thing actually performs as stated in the reviews, well that would be such a freaking weight lifted. Obviously I worry about him when I let him out. Please reply or e-mail or something because I paid for your product and obviously expect it to perform & quality customer service. Thx
No place to put in contact information if lost pet is found? I didn’t buy this for tracking just so if a neighbor finds my cat they know who she belongs to. I can add contact to microchipped but not the app account.
When someone scans your lost pets tag all the contact info and name should just pop up without having to go through multiple steps. Subscription services were a bait and switch as it said absolutely nothing about that anywhere on the exterior of the package in the store. Seems like it will work well if whoever finds your pet is patient and tech savvy to click on all the options to finally get contact info and your pets name.
Annual subscription $9.99 so it said. But after I purchased the annual subscription my account stated it got charged $27.98.
