Me and my dog love Pawscout as a tracking tool when Genna (my dog) is out for a run off-leash. Although this app doesn’t work with older androids it works great on my newer Apple phone, the community is amazing and very kind. I love how you can share walks and talk to friends, I haven’t found anything wrong with the Pawscout app!
Disappointed. Not working for GPS if u r little bit away from the tag. It works when standing next to it. Sad. Waste money.
Don’t waist your money not working
I am more than disappointed with the bluetooth tag from Pawscout and this app that goes along with it. I seen the bluetooth tag for sale at the local PetValu and bought it. I thought it would be a great idea as my dog does tend to get out occasionally and I figured this would work to locate him quickly as it is a “GPS Tracking” tag. I have multiple complaints… 1) The packaging says “No subscription fees”. As soon as I signed up for the app it wanted me to pay $1 a month (not bad at all, but still false advertising) to use 95% of the apps so called “features”. 2) I didn’t expect this product to be great or anything, as it was $25 and it uses Bluetooth technology but the company also claims it to be GPS tracking. Like I said, my dog only gets out occasionally but I only work 2 KM away from my residence and the app claims to say “Can’t find tag”. How is one supposed to locate a lost animal if it can’t even reach a 2 kilometre distance? 3) The app is set up very poorly. The so called “features” the app claims to have don’t exist / don’t work. I had hope for this product and sadly very disappointed. If you made it this far you can tell I do not recommend this product/app!
The apps never work, it’s not good when your pet is away . Just showed when is close to you.
App sucks too
If you bought pawscout and downloaded this app, I’m sorry to say but, just like me, you’ve been had. It’s completely useless! Bummer
Hello I would like to know how to put the application in French. I don't speak English well that make it difficult for me to use the app.

This tracker is horrible my cat will be with me and will say that he’s 20 meters away now that he’s outside I have no clue where he is cause this stupid tracker only works in such a small radius your better off spending the 50-70$ on another tracker please don’t make the same mistake I did
