Has error every time I login to The site.. can’t find any help

Overall works well. Edit: App appears broken with the latest Paxton10 update which changed the URL to p10remote.com. Now unable to connect, or add new Paxton10 sites

Nearly impossible to use without biometrics, have to manually enter password every time you open app.

Can we please make a version of the app that users of Paxton net2 pro can open doors only currently only admin can use this app and you seem to be developing a lot for paxton10 and not much for net2 pro customers

App has now stopped working, keep getting error on start up option to retry or logout neither of which makes a difference works on my colleagues but not mine.? Any ideas.

The latest update to this app has made it worse. For some reason I am now unable to click on a camera to view it live or recordings, it just greys out and won’t open.

This app has a clunky and unintuitive user interface. Worse however is the poor reliability of the Paxton server we experienced. This is now being removed from our site

Good app but could be better. I’d love a “Reset Fire Alarm” button to be able to do this remotely. Would also be good if people who are set up in landlord/tennant could use the app.

Page will not load after log in on an iPhone 7.

The premise of the app is good but daily it crashes or doesn't allow users to log on. Events section NEVER works. App needs serious support and work!
