Paxton Connect

Good app but could be better. I’d love a “Reset Fire Alarm” button to be able to do this remotely. Would also be good if people who are set up in landlord/tennant could use the app.

Overall works well. Control device on Paxton10 (up to date server) using the app is blank. Please consider adding 2FA (ToTP) as a security product, we feel this is a big oversight.

Page will not load after log in on an iPhone 7.

The premise of the app is good but daily it crashes or doesn't allow users to log on. Events section NEVER works. App needs serious support and work!

1. The app is called “Admin”, can you give it a more appropriate short name. 2. As I only have one site, please automatically take me to that site when Face ID authenticates me. 3. Reduce the number of taps to remotely open doors. Much appreciated

I have only one door (gate) to open. I have to press 4 screens to open the one door. If I had lots of doors over lots of sites I wouldn’t mind. My app is also currently not connecting and I am waiting for my supplier to get back to me.

It’s a great app, little slow with animation and retrieving data - but only when you know what you want and where to tap. My wish list: -When using the camera to add new photos, also allow access to the square camera mode. -Show door statuses, if their open or closed. -Close doors, not just open them.

There are two updates what I hope are minor changes that could be made! 1) roll call icon on home page would be better if it opened the roll call page instead of generating a new one. 2) would be good if there was an access level that would show fire role calls only. Other than that the app is a great addition to the Paxton net 2 range and is great for and administration only.

Having used the original Net2 apps, this is by far an improvement. Instant unlocking of doors and managing users on the go are my 2 favourite features! What I’d like to see is the ability to edit Timezones on the go, this is a constant requirement at my site so being able to do it from anywhere when off-site would be great. Also similar to another review, it would be great to have the ability to use your phone as your token. Keep up the good work Paxton, excited to see where this app is heading!

It would be nice to be able to use it from my Apple Watch. Also the possibly of using phone/watch as a token. Not improved on since release
