Rarely ever works properly, just opens the Apple Wallet. I’ve even tried opening the app itself to open the door and still to no avail. I’ve been left in the cold waiting on coworkers to unlock the door. Please fix for the love of god.

If I could click only one of the points of the star to rate this app I would. When you try to get in our office with the app, it’s pulling up the Apple Wallet instead of letting me in. Enough people are having the same problem to where it should be fixed by now!

When I try to use this on the Bluetooth door scanner, my iPhone keeps asking me to use Apple Pay credit card. Bugged.

It says there was an update, included are patch notes on what was fixed, however, this just simply isn’t true. There is no watch functionality and the smart credential option now seems to take long to proc the reader to allow entry.

It works on my phone just fine, but not on my watch. When I open the app on the watch, it just says “no credential”. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the watch multiple times and did the same with the iPhone app.

Even tho I already registered the key got deleted so when I enter the same code it says I’ve already been registered instead of just letting me log in again!

So many issues with this app. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. One day it decided that it would not work unless I inputted the original 20?digit registration code again… whaaa?! Who keeps their original registration code? If I could give it zero stars I would.

My apartment complex made us set up this app for access to amenities and it hasn’t worked once.

I love using the app to check in and get access to the building, however even though I close the app after being granted access and I’ve disabled run in the background it keeps checking me in repeatedly. The only way I can stop the behavior is to reboot my phone.

Super annoying to be told that this app can be used in the background, but when I’ve got my hands full and try to use that feature to open the door- it pulls up my apple wallet! I have to open the app every single time.
