انا مشوفتش شركة قطاع خاص بتعمل المهازل اللي بتعملوها موظفين غير اكفاء مواعيد غير مظبوطة وعوود بحل ابسط مشكلة ولا شيء يحصل مكالماات جمة لتقييم العك اللي فوق 🤞 والعك ميتصلحش والمكالمات في مواعيد غير محترمة ١١ مساء مثلاً واكون مكلمكم ع الظهر جيش جرار من خدمة العملاء مش عندهم غير جاري التصعيد ولا حياة لمن تنادي واي حاجة يقولك ٧٢ ساعة لحل المشكلة ياخي احمس
