CIB Smart Wallet

I gave 1 star as it won't allow me to give zero Many many times you can't load wallet nor send money saying exceed daily limit despite it is the 1st transaction in ages and only 1000 egp, Called customer care and they offer no help If you live abroad you are even not able to call customer care totally as their international number is not working

I’m using this app fir years via IPhone . It’s the best so far and very good. Now I have serious issues I can not log in only nombers of my password show no edits like should be .. so no log in . Calling the hotline was not helpful at all delete the app , reinstall again . Back to log in no way to reset again with new set up . I deleted the app and offload all info . Same problem happen . What can we do ???

I need to know why is there an app for payments and sending money which you need confirmation fir everything doesn’t have a SCREENSHOT !!!

The old versions was easily and friendly to use !

Very awful app, made me lose money each time I use it to deposit money on my 1x bet account, my account doesn’t get credited and I lose my money just like that

It supposed to be better after update unfortunately the update take a successful app to a broken one. I wish it was never updated Bad favorite system Fawry service always not working Must cancel the update and go back to the old version.
