I have been facing this from past few days , all the time I try to open the app and try to transfer it I am met with this error"oops server connection lost". If I try to login into the website through my laptop it doesn't seem to send security code to my number. Fix this ASAP as I'm sure lots of users are facing this issue.
So far better than other apps like remitly and all do price match

This is just the worst Held my money for a month now and refused to refund to the sender or forward to the receiver And don’t get me started on their customer service, No contact number and when you opt for email or chat, all their responses seem automated or like replies from a chat bot, because they just repeat their replies not matter what you tell them, they’d just rephrase and resend
I lost more then 160AED It’s a big cheating application don’t use this
Your service is worst , Nobody gives us right information when Transaction is pending,not refund, its very shameful.
I sent money from lithuania to India but the money is not credited its been 14 days and the money is not received and they gave some transaction proof but the transaction is not found in my receiving bank. Where is my money i will never use your app again. And i will advise you not to use this app. I sent 20000rupee which is big amount and still the transaction is not credited.
It’s very bad service i ever seen many time I request to customer care but they are not responding when should i get my money back . I never send again in this frud paysend aap , there have no options to call to the office only mail can do but every morning they sending me sorry only no money if i ask when should i get money they saying 3business day but it’s 10th business day sorry please please please send me as soon as possible
Paysend always stealing 3500 RSD from my bank account after sending money, and while sending money it is showing 0 charges for sending money. It is frustrating for me all the time. Although I confirmed from them and they says we didn’t cut any service charges for sending money.
They deducted the money from my card and the recipient was not credited as promised by their ad. I contacted the support and complained on this transaction, they says their local agent will respond until then I need to wait. I lost my money by doing this transaction. Financial regulatory authority of UK should ban this type of services who breach trust.
