Paysend: Simple Money Transfer

The system never works properly, I couldn't even reach the money sending limit, they canceled the transaction, they constantly ask for bank account verification and personal verification but they haven't responded to the documents I sent for 2 days, I am never satisfied, I am a victim, my money has still not been transferred to my bank due to the cancellation process.

Here’s the English version of your review: I am extremely disappointed with Paysend’s service. I tried to complete the verification process for over a month, and it was an absolute nightmare. They kept requesting a huge number of documents, which I promptly submitted. Then they started asking for the same documents again, showing a complete lack of coordination on their part. Responses to my inquiries were extremely rare, and the verification process kept dragging on with no clear explanation. In the end, instead of resolving the issue, I received an email stating that my access was restricted! No reasons were provided for this decision. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I do not recommend Paysend to anyone!

For 8 days the customer service has not been able to help with the problem of raising the money transfer limit. When I try to contact the customer service, I only get replies and no specific information. I am very disappointed and inclined to start using another service.

unpredictable to know if your going to get you money in 10 mins in 2 hours in 1 day or in 3 days,besides that they will randomly take long days and not process your transfer then it takes 3 fays for them to day it has not processed then another 7 days to get your refund this is a ridiculous money wash this is my last time using this app i cant believe i fell for it again now that i need my money in urgency this is such a horrible experience

DO NOT USE THIS APP I have been using the Paysend app to send money to my home country. About a month ago, they withdrew $500 from my account, but I haven’t received the money. I’ve contacted their support multiple times, but no one has responded. It’s very frustrating that they took my money and haven’t returned it. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

I used this app for quite a while now. A few weeks ago I couldn’t send anything, because they needed some documents from me. That’s fine, understandable. I sent everything they required and waited for more than two weeks to be able to use it again. Why did it take so long to review the documents? I have no idea. Now they want me to verify my cards. I’m fine with that as well, but I don’t see any transactions in my bank account (I tried with two cards) and i can’t contact the support in the app, because it doesn’t open the chat window. It’s frustrating to say the least. I don’t think I’m gonna use it again.
