Came across an archaic institution that required me to send them a fax to make a doctors appt. Found this app, photographed the referral letter and sent it off, too easy. Free for a single page per day it seems.

Free-Fax
Send one page per day for free to 50 countries worldwide, for example to USA/Canada, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Russia, Japan and most european countries.
No Registration
You can use FreeFax without registration. Only your machine’s UuID is stored for identification purposes.
Photo-Fax
Take a picture of a document with your iPhone and send it via fax. You will get excellent results with an iPhone 4 and good lightning.
Text-Fax
Simply type your text and send it as a fax.
Photo-PDF
Take a picture of a document with your iPhone and send it as a pdf-attachment to an E-Mail-address. This function will be free at any time.
Document-Fax
Using iTunes, you can directly upload your documents into our app. They will be stored within the document-container of the app. From there you are able to immediately send them to one of your contacts from your address-book.
Furthermore, you can directly upload a document to FreeFax in your browser. In this case, FreeFax acts like a local web-server with an upload-function.
You can also send E-Mail-attachments from your iPhone via fax.

I loved it. Fax been sent successfully in Sydney.
Crash crash
It automatically updated but after that once i pressed send fax button then crashed. I tried 10 times but doesn't work. Please fix it immediately.
Works perfectly
Had a situation which could of been a pain to deal with as I don't have a fax machine. Downloaded this app and it sen perfectly. Really happy- I called to confirm if it had arrived and everything was sorted. 😊 thanks I feel very confident in this app. I am in Australia and sent the fax within Australia. Just make sure you always have the right codes for international faxes and it works perfectly!!
Total waste
Waste of time and efforts, the app exits every time u try to upload a doc or pic, does not send any fax at all

Tried the test and the free fax a day, both said sent, but nothing came through on the other end. Complete waste of time, don't even bother with this....
Top app!
I had issue in the beginning. Could not send fax for some reason. Turns out it was just because I added an extra zero to each phone number. Support was very helpful and sorted everything out. Thanks heaps.

CRASH-HAUPTBAHNHOF!
My message is simple... PATCH THIS LEMON OF AN APP! My iPhone is running on iOS5.0.1 (9A405). Clearly, you people have not bothered yet to release an update for this iOS-version. I AM NOT IMPRESSED. Now I paid good money on this App, just so I could send a fax on occasion. Based on the manner in which this App crashes before I have even entered a recipient's fax-number, your App is useless, and a waste of time and money - In short, a Lemon. A Fraud. Eine Gaunerei. Let's release a credible patch now shall we? And Quickly? Until that happens, I will not hesitate to discourage others from downloading this App.
