Basics work like displaying points, card and current offers. Anything beyond that does not work for me. Thought it was my older phone but I now have the newest iPhone and still all links result in the sad broken link donut dude. The whole time they had the holiday contest I couldn’t access it. Pretty sad to offer something to your program members and not even have it work.
The app can only service one card. If u loose your card, get a new one, the app will register it, but u still cannot add the new card to your apple wallet, it still stays on the old card number. You have to wait half hour to talk to a representative, and then another 25 talking, and still cannot add my new card to the apple wallet. There are all kinds of you tube to add your PC Card, if you have one! No help, o. The app or even talking to a representative! Frustrated!
At least once a month I get signed out of the app involuntarily even though my phone is still my phone. The app also struggles to pull credentials from my passwords. If I would have known the electronic version of their card was so cumbersome I would do my shopping elsewhere as this is the ONLY points reward app that signs me out randomly.
This app keeps breaking every few days! App keeps logging out every fee days and when I try to login, the website popup says its logged in but app keeps asking me to login. Like its basic login session, we aren’t even talking about any additional features. How is that not stable in production!?
I have been using this app for years and it has helped me save and earn thousands of dollars. I’m able to earn enough points throughout the year that my end of year/ holiday groceries are already paid for. I love this app and I use it almost everyday.
The new app is very poor. I have to use it to get into the Shopper’s Drug Mart App and that takes a long time, as there are so many steps back and forth from the pc app to the shopper’s app to renew my prescriptions.
Accumulating point is easy but trying to use your point its a other story always having trouble to use point and always try to get help from people that dont know what to do to much you manage to get it fix works about a month are so and process re start all over again😡🤬
It always says try later. The website work but not the app. Disappointed

App will not open on my iPhone half the time. Sometimes it asks for my password and sometimes not . Just extremely unreliable.
